Üçgen Peynir, Bomonti, SesliHarfler…
Maslak mı? Esentepe mi? Beyoğlu mu? Taksim mi? derken soluğu Şişli Bomonti’de aldık. Cevahir Otel’in (dikkatinizi çekerim alışveriş merkezi değil OTEL) hemen yanından kıvrılan sokağa bakan Karper Plaza’dayız artık.
İlk günden sevdik burayı. Neden derseniz, hepimizin anılarında yer alan üçgen peynir KARPER’in eski fabrikasıymış bir zamanlar burası. Karper’in ton ton sahibi ilk göz ağrısı olan bu binayı öyle güzel bir yer haline çevirmiş ki dediğimiz gibi ilk günden vurulduk buraya.
Esentepe’yi de severdik şimdi nankörlük etmeyelim! Çok kahrımızı çekti! Ama artık Bomontiliyiz! Yolu düşen herkesi bekleriz….

Triangle Cheese, Bomonti, Sesli Harfler
While thinking if it is gonna be Maslak? or Beyoğlu? or Taksim? … we found ourselves in Şişli, Bomonti. We are in Karper Plaza now which looks across the street that curves from right next to Cevahir Hotel (be careful, not the shopping mall but the HOTEL).
We loved it here from the first day. If you want to know why, it is because this building was the old factory of triangle cheese KARPER once upon a time. The sweet owner of Karper renovated this building, which is so dear to him like a first child, and it became such a beautiful place that swept us off our feet.
Well, we used to love Esentepe as well; let’s not be ungrateful! It had to put up with our burdens a lot! But now, we are Bomontians! All is welcome who is around and who wants to stop by…
